Child Vaccination Schedule Checker (0–6 Years)
Enter your baby’s current age in months (0–84) to list each routine vaccine dose with its due status — e.g. at 6 months the 3rd HepB and 1st MenA doses are due, with overdue-dose reminders.
This table follows your local CDC requirements and your paper vaccination record — this tool is for reference only.

What is it
Routine immunization vaccines are scheduled by birth month to build protection while the baby’s immune system is still maturing. Checking the schedule by age helps parents remember each shot and catch missed doses early.
Notes & fun facts
At 8 months old, entering the age shows instantly that MMR and Japanese encephalitis are due this month and whether earlier doses were missed — far easier than flipping through the paper record from memory.
Origin & history
The idea of preventing disease with vaccines dates back to the cowpox vaccination era; China’s immunization program began with planned immunization in 1978 and expanded in 2008, bringing more vaccines into free coverage. An age-ordered schedule turns which shot is due and whether any dose was missed into a simple checklist, and has turned infectious-disease prevention from a personal choice into a nationwide public-health system.
